Are you an HR professional who thrives on both finding great talent and being a trusted partner to the business? We're looking for an HR Officer to lead recruitment efforts while also acting as an HR Business Partner to one or more departments — supporting managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.

What You'll Do
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to understand headcount needs and build effective hiring plans
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline and improve time-to-fill and candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth start
HR Business Partnering
- Act as the first point of contact for assigned department(s) on HR-related matters
- Support managers on performance management, employee relations, and policy application
- Help identify training and development needs within the department

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, with hands-on recruitment experience
- Solid understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance operational recruitment work with a business-partner mindset
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHRi, or equivalent) is a plus
