Your responsibilities:
- Partner closely with plant leadership and managers, acting as a trusted advisor on organizational, people, and workforce matters.
- Drive the local execution of Qemetica's HR strategy, ensuring global initiatives and standards are effectively implemented at site level.
- Foster a positive employee relations environment by supporting managers in resolving employee issues, managing complex cases, and promoting a culture of engagement, accountability, and collaboration.
- Serve as the key HR contact for labor relations matters, maintaining constructive relationships with employee representatives and the Works Council.
- Support managers in talent management, performance management, succession planning, organizational changes, and leadership development initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration delivered through external providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends, translating insights into practical actions that support both business objectives and employee engagement.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams to continuously improve HR processes, systems, and employee programs.
Our requirements:
- Several years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and hands-on experience working with Works Councils, employee representatives, and employee relations matters.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into effective people solutions.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting organizational change and helping leaders navigate transformation and business challenges.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach combined with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is an advantage.
