HR Manager – Catering / Facilities Management / Healthcare
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong experience in Catering, Facilities Management (FM), Healthcare, or integrated support services. The ideal candidate should have experience managing HR for large, diverse and operational workforces in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies and employee lifecycle.
- Lead manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and workforce deployment.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and retention.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws and company policies.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
- Partner with Operations and senior management on manpower and business requirements.
- Support HR operations across Catering, FM and Healthcare service environments.
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience in Catering, Facilities Management, Healthcare or related service industries.
- UAE/Dubai experience preferred.
- Experience managing a large, multicultural and frontline workforce.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and employee relations skills.
- Candidates from leading Catering / FM / Healthcare organizations are preferred.
