Company DescriptionWood & More EG is a growing Egyptian furniture manufacturer specializing in residential, commercial, and custom furniture solutions. With our manufacturing facility and expanding operations, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our factory and office teams.
Role DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment and daily HR operations for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
The primary focus will be talent acquisition and workforce planning, particularly recruiting skilled factory workers, technicians, production staff, and administrative employees.
The role will also handle personnel administration, attendance, employee relations, onboarding, and HR policy implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Recruit carpenters, technicians, production workers, supervisors, and office staff.
- Develop effective sourcing channels and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring decisions, and manage onboarding.
- Work closely with factory management to fulfill hiring requirements.
HR Operations & Personnel
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
- Support payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations, workplace issues, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support performance evaluations, employee retention, and training initiatives.
Qualifications Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment within a manufacturing or production factory is mandatory.
* 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or personnel management preferred.
* Strong experience recruiting skilled labor, technicians, and production workers.
* Good understanding of Egyptian labor laws, personnel administration, and social insurance procedures.
* Ability to manage both recruitment and day-to-day HR responsibilities independently.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.*
Preferred: Experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking, or other industrial production environments.
