Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes specifically for agency roles
- Source candidates through Linkedin, job portals, and professional networks.
Screen, interview, and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
- Manage daily attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Prepare accurate monthly payroll data for processing
- Handle complete employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update physical and digital employee records/database
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Assist in organizing internal activities to maintain a healthy agency culture
Qualifications
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising environments, with the ability to understand agency workflows and role requirements.
2 to 4 years of solid HR experience, with mandatory prior experience in a Marketing / Advertising agency.
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring agency-specific talent (Creative & Digital Marketing profiles).
- Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and personnel documentation procedures.
- Hands-on experience with attendance tracking and monthly payroll preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and
LinkedIn Recruiter/Job tools
