Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations and talent strategy across key business units.
- Improve workforce planning, employee experience and leadership support.
- Support regulatory alignment and organisation capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Requirements
- Strong HR leadership within banking, insurance, fintech or asset management.
- GCC financial-services exposure preferred.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
