We are looking for an experienced HR Audit & Governance Specialist to support a comprehensive HR audit and HR transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct audit of physical & electronic employee files
✅ Review HR processes and ensure compliance with labour regulations
✅ Identify documentation gaps and implement corrective actions
✅ Develop HR policies, procedures, and archive management systems
✅ Improve HR governance, documentation control, and workflow efficiency
✅ Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for the HR team
Skills
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration
🔹 Minimum 10 years of HR management & audit experience
🔹 Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, HRIS, and governance practices
🔹 Experience in HR policy development, documentation control, and process improvement
🔹 SHRM / CIPD / HR Auditor certification preferred
