Job Summary
The HR & Administration Director will lead the overall HR, Administration, and Office Maintenance functions, ensuring the organization has the people, structure, policies, and workplace infrastructure required to support business growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will provide strategic HR leadership while ensuring strong operational execution across all HR and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead all HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent development.
- Develop and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead workforce planning and ensure the availability of qualified talent across manufacturing, distribution, commercial, and corporate functions.
- Establish and enhance performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement frameworks.
- Oversee the Administration function, including facilities, office services, security, transportation, housekeeping, and other administrative services.
- Ensure proper management and maintenance of company offices, facilities, and workplace infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Provide the CEO and senior management with HR insights, workforce analytics, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and develop the HR and Administration teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Postgraduate studies or professional HR certification is highly preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in senior HR leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing both HR and Administration functions.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or a large-scale industrial environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working directly with CEOs, business owners, and senior leadership.
- Strong experience managing large blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Expertise in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and HR governance.
- Good knowledge of administration, facilities, and workplace management.
- Strong experience with HRIS and ERP systems.
- Ability to utilize HR analytics and reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.\
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing HR and Administration function.
- Ability to balance strategic HR priorities with day-to-day operational requirements.
- Ability to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to translate business objectives into effective people strategies.
