Job Summary
We are looking for a Hostess to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a welcoming personality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
Manage guest seating and coordinate table assignments.
Maintain accurate reservations and assist with guest inquiries.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Handle guest requests professionally and courteously.
Maintain a high standard of appearance and hospitality.
Support the restaurant team in creating an excellent guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.
Good command of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and good manners.
Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
