Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome arriving guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with orientation and efficiently direct them to designated transport shuttles/buggies.
- Maintain a visible, proactive presence to answer guest inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Ensure smooth flow, crowd management, and minimal waiting times for guests.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and drivers to ensure seamless service execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in frontline customer service, luxury hospitality, or VIP guest relations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to stand, walk, and engage with guests throughout shift hours.
- Punctual, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
