Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the technology and AI sector. A large technology employer is hiring a workforce-planning lead to forecast technical talent demand and support fast, disciplined hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Build demand plans for engineering, data, cyber and product teams.
- Partner with TA, finance and leadership on workforce forecasting.
- Track supply constraints and prioritise critical roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Requirements
- Workforce-planning background in technology, digital or innovation-driven organisations.
- Strong analytical and planning capability.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
- GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
