YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs Head of Proposals & Content, you will lead the Proposal & Content function within Voi’s Tender Enablement team. You will be accountable for the quality, consistency and persuasiveness of Voi’s tender content across the full portfolio, making sure every submission is clear, compelling and tailored to the needs of cities.
This is a leadership role where you will set the content strategy, build and develop a team of proposal writers and managers, own Voi’s writing standards and tone of voice, and turn our content library and intelligence into strategic assets. You will work closely with Commercial & Bid Strategy, Tender Governance & PMO, Design, local teams and subject-matter experts to ensure Voi’s tender content is delivered at scale, bid after bid, to a standard that keeps rising.
