Brands are launching more products, in more markets, faster than ever. Yet most still decide what to launch, where, and against whom on gut feel. Purples changes that.
Purples is the AI operating partner for brand teams. Our platform listens to what consumers, competitors, and creators are saying across reviews, marketplaces, and social channels, and turns those signals into clear, prioritized recommendations. Born in beauty, we are now expanding into food & beverage, travel & tourism, and apparel. Purples Solutions Inc. is a Delaware-registered company serving clients across three continents.
We are looking for our Head of Sales: a hands-on leader who will build our sales development organization from the ground up. You will set up the processes, hire and coach a junior team of SDRs, and turn outbound into a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings with brand, marketing and insights leaders. This role is for someone who wants to own the number, shape how a scale-up sells, and grow with it.
This role isn't for average performers.
We're looking for a rare kind of operator: someone sharp, relentless, and hungry for hard problems, who sees building a sales engine across three continents as a career opportunity and expects to be rewarded like it. If you want a comfortable job, this isn't it. If you want an outsized challenge, real ownership and rewards that match your impact, and you're used to being the smartest, fastest-learning person in the room, we want to hear from you!
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
● Build and lead your own SDR team: hire, onboard, coach, and grow a team of junior SDRs into top performers.
● Design the sales process end to end: ICP and account selection, outbound sequences, qualification criteria, CRM hygiene, KPIs, and weekly pipeline reviews.
● Drive outbound in three priority markets: the USA, Europe and Saudi Arabia, adapting the playbook to each.
● Lead discovery and demos with brand, marketing and insights decision-makers, and partner with the founders on pricing, positioning and strategic deals.
● Own the reporting: forecast, conversion metrics, and what is working, shared with leadership every week.
● Close the loop with product and marketing: turn market feedback and objections into sharper messaging and roadmap input.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
● 6+ years in B2B sales, ideally SaaS, data, or market intelligence.
● At least 2 years managing a team of SDRs, BDRs, or inside sales reps.
● Proven experience building sales processes, not just following them.
● A track record selling into the US, Europe, and/or the GCC.
● Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken, at C-level.
● Confident with HubSpot (or similar CRM), sales engagement tools, and data.
● Able to overlap with US East Coast, European, and Saudi business hours.
● Commitment and ownership: you treat the target as your own and want to grow with a fast-paced scale-up.
NICE TO HAVE
● Experience in consumer goods, beauty, food & beverage, retail or travel.
● You have built an SDR function from zero before.
● Exposure to AI, analytics, or consumer insights products.
● Experience leading remote, distributed teams.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive package
Base salary plus performance-based variable pay.
Remote-first
Work from Egypt, Jordan, or Lebanon with a distributed team.
Room to grow
The role scales with the team and the company.
