Role Description The Head of Finance is a full-time, hybrid role based in Giza, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the preparation and analysis of financial statements, developing and monitoring key financial metrics, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal controls. The Head of Finance will collaborate closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability. The role also involves managing and mentoring the finance team, improving financial processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support product, sales, and operations initiatives.
