Onze ambitie gaat verder dan software alleen: bij Zineps bouwen we de agentic layer of global logistics – de laag waarin autonome AI-agents zelf verzendbeslissingen nemen, workflows orkestreren en de wereldwijde logistiek aansturen.
Vandaag helpen we duizenden e-commercebedrijven en logistieke partners met meer dan 60 carrier-integraties, labelautomatisering, realtime tracking en krachtige verzendworkflows. Maar dat is pas het begin.
Daarom zoeken we een hands-on Head of Engineering die niet alleen de technische koers van het platform bepaalt, maar ook zelf blijft bouwen aan de fundering van een internationaal softwarebedrijf.
Jouw rol
Je bent een builder én een leider.
Je bepaalt de technische richting van Zineps, bouwt en laat het engineeringteam groeien, en blijft tegelijkertijd hands-on in de codebase. Je zet de standaard – technisch én cultureel – en je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de architectuur, kwaliteit en schaalbaarheid van het platform.
Je krijgt veel vrijheid en eigenaarschap om technische keuzes te maken die jarenlang impact zullen hebben, in nauwe samenwerking met de founders.

Wie jij bent
Je hebt minimaal 8 jaar ervaring als software engineer, waarvan een deel in een lead-, senior- of leidinggevende rol. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar snelheid, ownership en kwaliteit samenkomen, en je wilt een engineeringorganisatie vanaf de basis mee vormgeven.

Your Role

You set the technical direction of Zineps, build and grow the engineering team, and stay hands-on in the codebase. You set the standard—technically and culturally—and you own the architecture, quality, and scalability of the platform.
You'll have the freedom and ownership to make technical decisions that will have a lasting impact, working in close collaboration with the founders.
