Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Head Chef – Hot Kitchen to lead kitchen operations and develop a menu that complements a premium artisan bakery concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hot kitchen team and daily operations.
- Develop dishes and menus that complement the artisan bakery concept.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage food costing, portion control, inventory, and wastage.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Manage production and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Support menu innovation and seasonal product development.
Requirements
- Experience in a premium bakery café, contemporary restaurant, or all-day dining concept.
- Strong knowledge of menu development, food costing, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to create dishes that complement an artisan bakery concept.
- Strong leadership, quality-control, and team-management skills.
- GCC experience is preferred.
