Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and professional Hairdresser who is fluent in Russian and has experience providing hair care, styling, and treatment services. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of hair trends, and the ability to communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, blow-drying, styling, and hair treatments according to client preferences.
- Provide hair colouring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments, where qualified.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products.
- Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients to ensure a personalised salon experience.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of tools and workstations.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest hairstyles, colouring techniques, and industry trends.
- Maintain client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with regular customers.
- Follow salon procedures, service standards, and appointment schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser in a salon or beauty industry.
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory; basic to good English communication skills are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments.
- Knowledge of hair colouring techniques is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain high service standards.
