Role Description This full-time on-site Hairdresser role is based at Quartier Beauty Qatar in Doha. The Hairdresser will provide a range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments,hair extension services tailored to each client’s needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, recommending suitable styles and hair care routines, and ensuring a clean, hygienic workstation and salon environment. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, supporting retail sales of hair care products, and collaborating with the salon team to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The Hairdresser is expected to uphold salon standards, manage appointment times effectively, and contribute to a positive, professional atmosphere.

We are looking for a professional, talented, and experienced Hairdresser/Hairstylist to join our team.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Hairdresser / Hairstylist, preferably in a premium salon or spa
• Strong skills in hair coloring and color correction
• Experience with hair extensions — application, maintenance, and removal
• Excellent skills in haircuts and styling
• Ability to create different hairstyles, blow-drys, curls, waves, and occasion looks
• Good knowledge of hair treatments and professional haircare products
• Ability to assess clients’ hair condition and recommend suitable services
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and creativity
• Ability to understand and follow client preferences while providing professional recommendations
• Good teamwork and ability to work in a busy salon environment
