Job DescriptionAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor – Guest Attendant to join the resort’s Spa Operations team.
ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Supervise and schedule guest attendants to ensure adequate coverage and smooth daily operations.
- Provide training and guidance on spa service standards, hygiene protocols, and guest interaction.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure guests are welcomed, escorted, and assisted with professionalism and discretion.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience.
- Maintain a calm, respectful, and supportive environment for all guests.
- Oversee cleanliness and readiness of spa areas including locker rooms, wet zones, relaxation lounges, and treatment preparation areas.
- Ensure consistent availability and presentation of guest amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, and refreshments.
- Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with spa reception, therapists, and management to ensure efficient guest flow and service delivery.
- Report maintenance issues, inventory needs, and operational challenges to the Spa Manager.
- Assist in implementing spa promotions, events, and service enhancements.
About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa or hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of spa services and wellness practices is an advantage.
- Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
