Group Supply Chain & Procurement Manager
Centralized Supply Chain & Purchasing
Raban Al Safina Group is seeking a Group Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead centralized sourcing and purchasing, strengthen supplier performance and align material availability with the needs of its companies and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish group sourcing strategies, category plans, purchasing policies and delegated approval controls.
- Consolidate demand and coordinate material requirements with project schedules, operating plans and inventory levels.
- Lead supplier qualification, competitive tendering, bid evaluation and commercial negotiation.
- Manage purchase contracts, framework agreements, supplier performance and critical-item expediting.
- Optimize total cost, quality, lead times and supply continuity while maintaining transparent procurement records.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, technical teams and warehouses and develop useful group procurement reporting.
Requirements
- Proven leadership of procurement and supply chain activities across multiple entities or major projects.
- Strong experience sourcing technical equipment, materials, subcontracted services or relevant operational categories.
- Demonstrated commercial negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship capability.
- Practical understanding of demand planning, inventory management, lead-time risk and procurement controls.
- Experience with ERP purchasing workflows, spend analysis and performance reporting.
- Ability to balance group-wide purchasing efficiencies with company-specific technical and delivery requirements.
Preferred: A relevant supply chain, engineering or business degree; professional procurement qualifications and experience implementing centralized purchasing.
