The Role
Care n Cure Group is looking for an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing function across a diverse portfolio of businesses and brands.
This is a hands-on leadership role spanning digital and performance marketing, retail and trade marketing, e-commerce, brand development, on-ground activations and integrated campaign execution.
The role requires someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, from reviewing campaign performance and evaluating marketing proposals to planning activations, managing budgets, coordinating across functions and leading a multidisciplinary Marketing team.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including substantial experience leading a marketing team or function.
• Strong experience in an omnichannel, multi-location consumer environment such as retail, FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmacy, beauty/personal care or a comparable sector.
• Demonstrable experience across both digital/performance marketing and physical retail/trade marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, digital campaign measurement and optimisation, with the ability to critically evaluate performance and strategy.
• Experience with retail activations, merchandising, product launches, sampling, promoters, events and other on-ground marketing initiatives.
• Good understanding of e-commerce, customer acquisition, conversion and omnichannel marketing.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including marketing budgets, campaign economics, ROI/ROAS and performance reporting.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, media partners and/or supplier-funded marketing programmes.
• Strong people leadership with the ability to manage and develop specialists across different marketing disciplines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Arabic is an advantage.
What You’ll Own
• Lead the Group Marketing function, establishing clear strategy, priorities, accountability and performance expectations.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with Group, divisional and commercial objectives.
• Lead digital and performance marketing across relevant platforms, ensuring effective targeting, optimisation, measurement and budget utilisation.
• Drive retail, trade and on-ground marketing including activations, merchandising, launches, sampling, promotions and events.
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across owned, e-commerce and partner channels.
• Own campaign planning from objective and audience definition through channel strategy, budget allocation, execution and post-campaign evaluation.
• Establish meaningful performance measures and evaluate marketing effectiveness, ROI/ROAS and relevant commercial outcomes.
• Manage marketing budgets, calendars and resource allocation based on business priorities and performance.
• Partner closely with Sales, Retail Operations, E-commerce, Procurement, Finance and other functions to ensure marketing plans are commercially and operationally aligned.
• Manage relevant agencies, media partners, suppliers, influencers and external marketing resources.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary Marketing team while maintaining strong brand standards, responsible communication and execution quality across the Group.

The role therefore requires the ability to understand and market very different businesses, products, audiences and routes to market, from consumer-facing healthcare and retail brands to specialised B2B and technical solutions.
