We’re looking for an experienced Group HR Manager to oversee HR operations across our UAE-based companies.
This role is critical to ensuring strong hiring, smooth onboarding, compliant employee management, and full alignment with UAE labour laws.
üåç What You‚Äôll Do:
- Manage recruitment and hiring across UAE-based roles
- Oversee onboarding, employment contracts, visas, health insurance, and employee documentation
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and employment requirements
- Work directly with free zones and external providers on HR and visa matters
- Manage probation, performance processes, leave, renewals, and off-boarding
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance systems
- Support managers with employee relations and HR issues
üåç What We‚Äôre Looking For:
- 4+ years of HR experience working in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and employment compliance
- Extensive experience with UAE recruitment and hiring
- Hands-on experience managing visas, onboarding, contracts, and employee records
- Confident working with free zones and government-related HR processes
- Highly organized, sharp, tech-savvy, and able to work independently
- Experience managing HR across multiple companies or business units is strongly preferred
