Job Description
Dallah Albaraka Holding is seeking a qualified Government Relations Officer to join its subsidiary, Durrat Al Riyadh Real Estate Development Co. Ltd.
The role is responsible for providing administrative and government relations support to department heads, ensuring the efficient handling of correspondence, coordination, and daily administrative activities. This includes following up on government transactions, obtaining required licenses and permits, and coordinating with relevant authorities, particularly for residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all relevant administrative policies and procedures to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure continuity of work and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate assigned administrative staff activities to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to department heads, including correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
- Manage and route official correspondence, prepare responses when appropriate, and communicate management instructions to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with internal departments and government representatives to obtain and provide information and documentation required for official transactions.
- Monitor office stationery and administrative supply requirements and initiate replenishment when necessary.
- Represent the company and follow up with relevant government authorities, including municipalities, Civil Defense, and other regulatory bodies.
- Follow up on government transactions, licenses, permits, and approvals related to company operations and real estate development projects.
- Coordinate government procedures related to residential real estate projects, including municipal permits, electricity and water connections, and other required approvals.
- Process and follow up on transactions through relevant Saudi government platforms, including Balady, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, and other applicable portals.
- Coordinate with Human Resources on employee-related government transactions, including work permits, residency renewals, and visas.
- Monitor government transaction status, regulatory updates, and pending requirements to ensure timely completion and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in real estate as government relations.
- Experience in residential real estate projects is strongly preferred.
- Practical experience in government transaction follow-up, municipal licensing, and obtaining relevant permits and utility approvals.
- Familiarity with Saudi government electronic platforms, particularly Balady and other relevant portals.

- Knowledge of Saudi government regulations and relevant licensing requirements.
- Strong administrative coordination, follow-up, and professional correspondence skills.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and government electronic platforms.
- Good command of Arabic and working knowledge of English.
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
