As Global Reward Director, you will lead the global reward strategy and transformation agenda across Rituals. You shape a future-proof, competitive and meaningful reward proposition that fuels our talent obsession, drives performance and ensures a sustainable workforce worldwide.
From compensation and benefits to international mobility, governance and innovation, you build a scalable global reward framework suited to our fast-growing international retail environment, while keeping the employee experience at the heart of everything we do.
You lead the Global Reward Center of Expertise and work closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders and external partners to continuously evolve our reward offering across all markets.
You Are All AboutYou ensure the strategy, governance and continuous innovation of our global reward landscape, from design to execution, resulting in a competitive, compliant and inspiring reward proposition for all employees worldwide.
In this full-time role, you are part of the HR Management Team and report directly to our CHRO, Anne Jaakke.
