Role: Global Mobility Advisor
Location: Remote
Experience level: 1-2 years experience

About Us:
Langford Whitmore is seeking a commercially driven and highly professional Global Mobility Advisor to advise clients on citizenship, residency, investment migration, and global mobility solutions.
The Global Mobility Advisor acts as the primary commercial point of contact for prospective clients, taking ownership of the client journey from initial enquiry through consultation, qualification, recommendation, and conversion.
Role mission:
The role requires a strong balance of advisory capability, relationship management, sales performance, attention to detail, and professional client representation. Advisors are expected to understand each client's circumstances and objectives before recommending suitable pathways, rather than approaching consultations as a transactional sales process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Consultation & Advisory
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their nationality, residency status, family structure, financial capacity, timeline, mobility objectives, and long-term goals.
- Assess clients’ initial eligibility for relevant citizenship, residency, visa, and investment migration programmes.
- Recommend suitable global mobility solutions based on each client’s individual circumstances and priorities.
- Clearly explain programme requirements, qualifying investment routes, expected costs, timelines, dependent eligibility, documentation requirements, and key considerations.
- Present programme comparisons objectively and professionally, highlighting relevant advantages, limitations, and differences.
- Ensure information communicated to clients is accurate and aligned with the latest programme requirements and Langford Whitmore guidance.
- Avoid guaranteeing government approvals, processing timelines, visa-free access, or outcomes that remain subject to government or third-party decisions.
Lead Management & Conversion
- Take ownership of assigned leads from initial contact through conversion.
- Contact new enquiries promptly and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility, financial capability, intent, timeline, and overall opportunity.
- Build trust and credibility with high-value prospective clients through a consultative sales approach.
- Prepare and communicate appropriate proposals and programme recommendations.
- Address client concerns and objections confidently while maintaining professional and ethical advisory standards.
- Drive prospective clients towards clear next steps, including consultation, programme selection, engagement, and payment.
- Maintain consistent focus on achieving individual sales and deal-value targets.
- Continuously review the sales approach and identify ways to improve lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-client conversion.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all client interactions within Pipedrive and other company systems.
- Ensure every lead and deal has a clear status, next action, follow-up date, and relevant notes.
- Update deal values, programme interests, qualification information, and pipeline stages accurately.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with open opportunities and ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
- Provide clear visibility on pipeline performance, expected conversions, lost opportunities, and reasons for loss.
- Follow established Langford Whitmore processes, workflows, templates, and reporting requirements.
Client Onboarding & Handover
- Ensure clients have a clear understanding of the programme, commercial terms, process, and expected next steps before engagement.
- Coordinate the signing of Langford Whitmore engagement documentation and initial payments.
- Collect the preliminary client information required for compliance and case opening.
- Conduct an organised handover to the operations or case-management team once the client has formally engaged.
- Ensure all relevant client history, objectives, commitments, programme information, and commercial arrangements are documented before handover.
- Remain commercially involved where required to maintain the client relationship throughout the process.
Programme & Market Knowledge
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Langford Whitmore’s portfolio of citizenship, residency, visa, and global mobility solutions.
- Stay informed of programme changes relating to eligibility, investment thresholds, processing requirements, dependent rules, restricted nationalities, mobility benefits, and other material developments.
- Understand the differences between programmes sufficiently to make commercially and strategically appropriate recommendations.
- Participate in internal training and independently develop knowledge of the investment migration and global mobility industry.
- Monitor competitor positioning and market developments to strengthen Langford Whitmore’s advisory approach.
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Conduct initial eligibility and client screening in accordance with Langford Whitmore procedures.
- Identify potential compliance, source-of-funds, nationality, sanctions, or eligibility concerns and escalate them appropriately.
- Never provide legal, tax, immigration, investment, or financial advice beyond the authorised scope of the role.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and documentation.
- Ensure communications are accurate and do not contain unsupported promises or representations.
- Represent Langford Whitmore to the highest professional standard across calls, virtual meetings, written communication, and client interactions.
Note: As you develop in your role, these competencies are continually built upon and elevated as needed.
