Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Basra, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that energy projects and services are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The General Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage key client relationships, and coordinate with stakeholders across the Raban Al Safina Group. Responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, monitoring financial performance, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. The role also involves driving business development initiatives, supporting tenders and proposals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
