Monarch Investment is seeking a full-time Porter (maintenance, janitorial and grounds) to join our team in in Fayetteville, NC. The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, cleaning vacant apartments and helping with light maintenance tasks. A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Valid driver’s license required.
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
