Full Stack Developer & Tech Lead

About the role
Join the team behind Digital Dealer, a global platform used by retailers and service advisors to support efficient resale and service operations. You will take end-to-end ownership of development, deployment, and production while mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence.
Must-have skills
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin, Kafka, and React
- Strong backend development background
- Experience with event-driven architecture, continuous deployment, and trunk-based development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work onsite in Södertälje
Nice-to-have skills
- AWS and Kubernetes experience
- Cloud-native application development
- CI/CD pipeline experience, preferably GitLab CI
- Experience owning deployment, reliability, and operability of applications
- Previous tech lead or mentoring experience
