Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Receptionist role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Front Office Receptionist will greet visitors, manage the reception area, and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for clients and partners. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and scheduling or coordinating appointments and meetings. The role also involves maintaining accurate visitor logs, supporting basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth front office operations. The receptionist is expected to represent Fort Steel’s values through courteous service, clear communication, and attention to detail.
Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service capabilities with the ability to provide courteous, solution-focused support to clients, visitors, and team members.
- Professional Phone Etiquette, including answering calls promptly, routing inquiries correctly, and documenting messages accurately.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and familiarity with office equipment such as printers and copiers.
