The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk and guest services operations, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out experiences and outstanding guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations of the front office, including reception, reservations, and concierge
Lead, train, and schedule front office supervisors, guest service agents, and bellboys
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and efficient handling of guest requests
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and address escalated complaints promptly
Manage room inventory, rates, and occupancy in coordination with Reservations and Sales
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures
Prepare front office reports and budgets for management review
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for room readiness and guest needs

Who Should Apply?
5–6 years of experience in front office operations, including leadership experience, preferably in a 4-star or similar hotel
Strong leadership and guest relations skills
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage
Proficiency with hotel PMS systems
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
