The Role:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will handle administrative duties, manage incoming calls, and provide support to various departments. The ideal candidate is a people-person with a professional demeanor and strong multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms.
- Perform basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry).

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, multi-line phone systems).
