Rosella delivers farm-fresh, hand-tied bouquets the same day they're ordered. We're looking for a skilled florist who loves the craft and enjoys a fast pace.
üìç Dubai, UAE ¬∑ On-site ¬∑ Full-time
üåø What you'll do
• Hand-tie our seasonal bouquets (garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, tulips and more) to recipe, so every order looks as good as the photo or better
• Keep up with the same-day rush: orders close at 2pm and go out that afternoon, Monday to Saturday
• Process and condition incoming stems and look after the cooler, so every bouquet lasts the 7 days we guarantee
• Check the quality of every bouquet before it goes out the door
• Help design new seasonal bouquets for our shop and weekly subscription
✂️ What you'll bring
• 2+ years of professional floral design experience (retail shop, studio, events or high-volume work)
• Confident hand-tied/spiral technique and a great eye for colour, texture and proportion
• Solid flower knowledge: varieties, seasons, vase life and care
• Fast and consistent: you can build to a recipe on a deadline without cutting corners
• Available on Saturdays, and all hands on deck for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
• Comfortable on your feet all shift, lifting full buckets and working in a cooler
Bonus points for same-day delivery experience and neat handwriting (every order comes with a handwritten card ✍️)
