About the Role
ZAHRAT DYALA TRADING L.L.C. is looking for a creative, skilled, and experienced Florist with3–4 years of professional experiencein bouquet making and floral arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to create beautiful, high-quality floral designs for various occasions. The candidate must also be comfortable appearing in social media videos and reels to showcase floral arrangements and support the company's promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Create beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements for various occasions.
· Select, prepare, and handle flowers to maintain freshness and quality.
· Develop creative floral designs based on customer preferences and current trends.
· Ensure high standards of presentation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
· Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable workspace.
· Work efficiently during busy periods and meet customer requirements.
· Participate in social media videos, reels, and promotional activities.
· Contribute creative ideas to enhance product presentation and brand visibility.
Requirements
· 3–4 years of professional experience as a Florist is essential.
· Strong knowledge of flowers, bouquet arrangements, and floral design techniques.
· Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
· Hardworking, reliable, flexible, and well organised.
· Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
· Comfortable appearing on camera for social media videos and reels.
· Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
· A portfolio showcasing previous floral designs is preferred.
