Role Description The Floral Designer role at Stems is a full-time, on-site position based in Jiddah. The Floral Designer will design and prepare flower arrangements for daily orders, events, and special occasions, ensuring quality, freshness, and artistic presentation. Responsibilities include consulting with customers on their needs, recommending floral options, and providing attentive customer service throughout the ordering process. The role also involves maintaining inventory, caring for flowers and plants, organizing the workspace, and assisting with merchandising and in-store displays. The Floral Designer may support sales activities by presenting products, processing transactions, and contributing ideas to improve the overall customer experience.
