Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on professional who can independently operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot a modern corrugated carton flexographic printing machine.
The candidate should be capable of achieving stable print quality, proper registration, good production speed, and minimum waste.
Main Responsibilities
Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in corrugated carton flexo printing. * Strong experience with 3-color, 4-color, or 5-color flexo printing machines*. * Good knowledge of anilox rollers, printing plates, doctor blades, ink systems, registration, and feeder synchronization. * Ability to identify machine and printing problems quickly. * Ability to work independently without continuous supervision. * Good understanding of print quality standards. * Experience in corrugated box manufacturing is essential. * Ability to reduce waste and improve machine efficiency. * Good communication skills in English. * Experience as a team leader, senior operator, or supervisor will be an advantage.
Preferred CandidateWe prefer candidates who have previously worked on modern automatic corrugated flexo printing machines and who are confident in machine setup, troubleshooting, print quality control, and operator training.
