Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Fleet Operation Manager & Facility Manager & Security Operation & CCTV Camera Operation Manager. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet operations, including scheduling, tracking, maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and transportation policies. The manager will supervise facility operations, monitor infrastructure conditions, coordinate repairs, and implement policies that support efficient and secure use of premises. Responsibilities also include managing security operations, setting security protocols, supervising security personnel, and responding to security incidents or alerts. The role requires continuous monitoring of CCTV camera systems, reviewing footage, ensuring system functionality, and maintaining accurate records and reports to support incident investigation and risk reduction.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated Supervisory Skills to lead teams, assign tasks, and oversee performance in fleet, facility, and security operations.
* Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management, including route planning, vehicle tracking, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance.
* Strong Operations Management capabilities to plan, implement, and improve processes across fleet, facility, and security functions.
* Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, optimize resources, and support decision-making.
* Previous experience in security management, CCTV monitoring, and incident reporting, with a focus on safety and risk mitigation.
* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, using digital tools for communication, coordination, and monitoring.
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in records and reports.
* Background in military, law enforcement, or similar disciplined operational environments is highly beneficial.
* Relevant certifications or training in security operations, facility management, or fleet management are an advantage.
