üìå Reports To: Finance Manager
üéØ Key Duties & Responsibilities:
üîπ Fixed Assets Management:
Maintain and update the fixed assets register for all restaurant branches, including kitchen equipment, coffee machines, furniture, fixtures, vehicles, IT equipment, and operational assets.
üîπ Asset Verification & Inventory Control:
Conduct periodic and surprise physical asset inspections across branches and support functions, ensuring all assets are properly tagged, recorded, and accounted for.
üîπ Depreciation & Accounting Records:
Calculate and record monthly depreciation, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
üîπ Asset Acquisition, Transfer & Disposal:
Monitor asset purchases, transfers between branches, maintenance records, disposals, and write-offs while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
üîπ Branch Support & Asset Tracking:
Coordinate with restaurant management and operations teams to track asset utilization, movement, and condition across all locations.
üîπ Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare fixed asset schedules, depreciation reports, asset reconciliation reports, and support internal and external audit requirements.
üéì Qualifications & Requirements:
üîπ Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
üîπ Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Fixed Assets Accounting, preferably within restaurants, hospitality, retail, or multi-branch operations.
Experience with SAP ERP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
üîπ Skills:
Strong knowledge of fixed assets accounting and depreciation methods. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is required. High analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
