Job Summary
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our team and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
The role will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, preparing reports and forecasts, monitoring performance against budgets, and providing insights that support effective business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze actual financial performance against budget and forecast and highlight key variances.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports and dashboards.
• Analyze revenues, expenses, profitability, and other key financial indicators.
• Support monthly and periodic financial closing and reporting activities.
• Prepare financial models and analysis using Excel.
• Monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with Finance and other departments to validate financial and operational data.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and business reports.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Management Reporting, or a similar role.
• Previous experience in the Retail or similar industry is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
