Financial Director

Magical Flavors for Food Industries is looking for an experienced and strategic Financial Director to lead our financial function and support the company’s continued growth, financial performance, and long-term business objectives.
The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, reporting, controls, cash flow, and accounting operations while providing strategic financial insight to support business decisions and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the company’s overall financial strategy
• Lead and develop the Finance and Accounting team
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, and compliance
• Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage cash flow, working capital, cost control, and financial performance
• Provide management with financial insights to support strategic and commercial decisions
• Oversee relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and senior management to improve profitability
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, financial improvement, and business growth
• Oversee and optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–12 years of finance and accounting experience
• At least 3 years in a senior finance management or leadership role
• Proven experience managing a Finance and Accounting team
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, and financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory requirements
• Professional finance or accounting certification such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred
• Experience with ERP and financial management systems
• Strong strategic, analytical, commercial, and leadership skills
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or manufacturing is highly preferred
• Strong English communication skills
