We are looking for a Financial Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day finance and project administration
- Process and track purchase orders (POs) and invoices
- Maintain accurate financial and project records
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations and general finance administration
- Work with Excel and ERP systems
- Coordinate with project, procurement and finance teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience in finance, accounts or project administration construction/engineering company
- Experience handling POs, invoices and financial documentation
- Good Excel skills
- Experience with ERP/finance systems
- Experience with Construction or engineering industry
- Data Centre experience preferred
