About the role
As Finance Manager Nordics, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality financial reporting, statutory compliance, governance, and business support across OX2’s Nordic operations. You will partner closely with country management, project delivery teams, construction, and asset management functions to support profitable growth while maintaining strong financial control. Furthermore, you will lead and develop finance professionals across the region while driving continuous improvements, standardization, and automation of finance processes.
