Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Eram Holdings. The role involves managing financial reporting, analyzing performance against targets, and preparing management reports to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and internal policies, while maintaining strong internal controls. Day-to-day activities include supervising accounting operations, monitoring cash flow and working capital, coordinating audits, and supporting tax planning and filings. The role also collaborates closely with business units to evaluate investments, optimize costs, and contribute to sustainable growth across the group’s diversified portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience in preparing and managing annual budgets.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and consolidation, including the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS or equivalent), and experience in managing general ledger, month-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Experience in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury-related activities.
- Understanding of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial ERP systems; familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and diverse teams.
- Proven experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a diversified group or multinational organization.
