We're Hiring: Finance Controller – Drive Luxury
Drive Luxury is a global luxury chauffeur and travel services company operating across Europe, the GCC, and beyond. As we scale, we're building a finance function that matches the standard of our brand — precise, efficient, and forward-thinking.
We're looking for a hands-on Finance Controller based in Bahrain to own our entire accounting operations and lead the digitalization of our finance function.
What You'll Own
‚Üí Full oversight of AP and AR functions
‚Üí Monthly P&L, cash flow reporting, and financial consolidation
‚Üí Coordination with Geneva office managers on payment approvals and cost control
‚Üí Liaison with our external accountant (tax, VAT, statutory compliance)
‚Üí Implementation and ownership of Odoo Books/CRM as our core accounting platform
‚Üí Integration of AI-powered tools to automate and optimize financial workflows
‚Üí Direct reporting to the Managing Director
Who You Are
→ 6–10 years in accounting/finance, ideally in services, hospitality, or luxury
‚Üí Hands-on and autonomous
‚Üí Strong command of multi-currency, multi-entity environments
‚Üí Experience with cloud-based accounting tools (Odoo, or similar)
‚Üí Interest or experience in AI tools applied to finance (automation, reporting)
→ English mandatory — French is a strong plus
‚Üí Based in Bahrain
