Join our flow.We are looking for a Field Trainer to be responsible for planning and delivering both new and ongoing training on KONE methodologies to field operatives.
This role also involves proactively preparing operatives for upcoming product and service changes that affect methods and tools.
The Field Trainer works closely with business and function stakeholders, supervisors, and troubleshooters to identify the competence development needs of the workforce. Based on these insights, they design, adapt, and localize technical training programs for various target groups, and he plays a key role in enabling field operatives to meet KONE's safety and quality standards, exceed customer expectations, and achieve productivity targets.

Are you the one?* Bachelor or Diploma degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * 3 - 5 years experience in Installation, Field support in elevator & escalator industry. * Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. * Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation * Strong user of MS Office. * Excellent verbal and written Arabic language skills.
