Monerti is looking for a hands on supervisor to lead a field service team and own its quality.
What you will do:
Lead and transport the team to client locations daily, run on site quality inspections, handle client feedback in person, and train and sign off new team members.
Requirements:
- Valid Bahrain driving licence with a clean record
- Minimum 3 years supervising housekeeping, cleaning or facilities staff
- Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Experience with quality inspections and client complaint handling
- Able to train and coach new staff
- Familiar with LMRA and CPR procedures
- Comfortable working through a mobile app
- Six day week with early starts, Friday off
