Dedicated to driving Operational excellence across Gas Services Middle East Field Services and Tooling Operations. The role will play a critical part in strengthening quality culture, ownership, and proactive problem-solving while reducing Avoidable Non-Conformance Costs (NCC), improving fleet reliability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will lead strategic quality initiatives interfacing with project management and field services focused on fleet issues, recurring failure modes, lessons learned deployment, process compliance, outage execution quality, service center assembly/disassembly, and business improvement programs. The individual will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to identify systemic issues, conduct quality and improvement workshops, drive root cause elimination, and proactively improve operational performance across the Gas Services value chain.
This position will be based in Dammam Hub, Saudi Arabia and the individual will report directly to the Middle East Hub based in Dubai, UAE.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Drive reduction of Avoidable NCC by identifying systemic quality gaps, recurring defects, process inefficiencies, and execution-related failures across the Gas Services business.
- Lead the deployment of regional Field Quality and Tooling Quality strategies aligned with business priorities, customer expectations, and operational excellence objectives.
- Lead investigations of significant fleet issues, warranty events, repeat failures, customer complaints, and major non-conformances, ensuring effective root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
- Analyze fleet data, lessons learned, customer feedback, repair findings, outage reports, and field service observations to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate Quality, Reliability, NCC Reduction, and Lessons Learned workshops across business areas to drive preventive actions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with Regional & Global Field Service, Project Management, Engineering, Service Centers, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Drive implementation of lessons learned and quality improvements across outage execution, maintenance activities, repair operations, and service center processes.
- Establish operational review routines and governance processes to monitor quality performance, corrective actions, fleet concerns, customer complaints, and improvement initiatives.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities utilizing 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, and Lean methodologies to eliminate recurring issues.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, process simplification, execution quality, customer satisfaction, waste reduction, and operational excellence.
- Develop management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting quality trends, fleet concerns, NCC reduction opportunities, and business improvement actions.
- Promote a strong culture of quality ownership, prevention, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.

What You Bring
- A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Field Service Operations and Project Execution in relevant business area.
- Strong understanding of Rotating Equipment service and maintenance environments.
- Experience leading quality improvement programs, fleet issue investigations, NCC reduction initiatives, or operational excellence projects.
- Ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, quality methodologies, root cause analysis techniques, and continuous improvement practices.
- Demonstrated capability to investigate complex operational issues, identify systemic causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience facilitating workshops with strong presentation skills, lessons learned reviews, quality improvement events, and cross-functional problem-solving sessions.
- Strong AI foundations and data analysis skills with the ability to convert operational and fleet performance data into actionable business insights.
- Experience working with global teams and stakeholders within a matrix organization.
- Strong oral, written communication skills in English with the ability to influence stakeholders and present findings at multiple organizational levels.
- Internal/Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001/14001/45001), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification would be considered an advantage.
