The Facility Maintenance & Repair Supervisor provides technical/operational guidance and supervision of to teammates and Subcontract personnel as required to ensure compliance with the performance work statement (PWS) for the following functions: operation and maintenance, infrastructure, utilities, and preventive/corrective maintenance. Support capabilities include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, access control/CCTV, power generation, and fire detection/suppression.

Qualifications* Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of U.S. Army Safety Guidelines and OSHA Standards.
Skills
U.S. Government-issued Secret Security clearance or higher required.
Working Conditions:
Work is generally conducted inside a secure, access and climate-controlled, permanent structure. However, duties may occasionally involve exposure to extreme temperatures. Work may require heavy lifting up, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical or biological agents. Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices. Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
