Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily HR administrative activities and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding, contracts, renewals, transfers, resignations, and offboarding procedures.
- Follow up on Iqama, work permits, visas, profession changes, sponsorship transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit procedures.
- Manage and follow up on Saudi government HR platforms and related procedures, including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and other relevant portals.
- Monitor employee documentation expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, salary certificates, warnings, employee notices, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, vacation, and employee records in coordination with management.
- Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance, deductions, overtime, leave, and employee-related information.
- Ensure company HR practices comply with Saudi Labor Law and local regulations.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager regarding manpower requirements, employee movements, operational staffing, and administrative matters.
- Support recruitment activities when required, including screening candidates, arranging interviews, preparing offers, and completing onboarding documentation.
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and government procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in HR administration in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HR procedures, and government platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and related systems.
- Good understanding of Iqama, visa, sponsorship transfer, work permit, and employee documentation procedures.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple employee files, deadlines, and government requirements simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/ERP systems.
- Ability to work closely with operations and management in a fast-paced working environment.
Skills
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional, rather than a purely strategic HR profile. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the practical administrative side of HR, dealing with government platforms and employee procedures, and supporting the Operations Manager with the daily workforce requirements of the company.
