Role Description The Experienced Approval Doctor – Health Insurance will be responsible for reviewing and approving medical treatment requests for insured patients, ensuring alignment with health insurance policies and clinical guidelines. This full-time, on-site role in Cairo, Egypt includes assessing medical documentation, verifying diagnoses and treatment plans, and determining eligibility for coverage in coordination with healthcare providers and insurance representatives. The role involves applying evidence-based medical judgment to approve or reject claims, documenting decisions clearly, and maintaining accurate records in insurance and medical systems. The Approval Doctor will collaborate with medical staff, administration, and finance teams to resolve complex cases, reduce claim disputes, and optimize patient access to appropriate care. The position also includes contributing to policy refinement, participating in audits and quality reviews, and staying current with medical practice standards and health insurance regulations.
