Role Description The Experience Resale/Primary Agent (District 5) role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The agent will manage both resale and primary real estate transactions within the District 5 area, including listing properties, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. Daily activities involve responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate property records, coordinating with property owners and developers, and negotiating offers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. The role also includes market research, staying updated on District 5 developments and pricing trends, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service. The agent is expected to build strong client relationships, provide transparent advice, and support clients from initial contact through closing.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in resale and primary markets.
- Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze property values and trends.
- Comfort with on-site work, property tours, and face-to-face client interactions in New Cairo.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools to track leads and listings.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
- Prior experience in District 5 or New Cairo real estate is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or real estate is beneficial but not mandatory.
